Mission of Hope Shelter for the Homeless is in need of bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, and coffee. Items may be taken to their facility at 18 th and Perkins.
Payne County Youth Services is in need of hygiene items appropriate for youth and young adults (male and female) including deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair brushes and combs, hair spray and styling products, bath soap, safety razors, anti-bacterial hand soap, feminine hygiene products, athletes foot products, and hair ties. These items will be used at the emergency shelter and distributed to Transitional Living Program youth. These items can be taken to their offices at 12 th and Western.
Edwin Fair Community Mental Health is in need of toiletries, bar soap, shampoo, toilet paper, food, and clothing (new such as socks, t-shirts, underwear, winter gloves/stocking caps). Wings of Hope is in need of cleaning solutions for kitchen, bathroom, and for general clean up; Laundry pods; toilet tissue; women’s tank tops all sizes, women’s t-shirts all sizes, women’s pj’s in larger sizes, women’s jeans/pants size 9, 10, 11, 12. Life Adult Day Center is in need of Clorox wipes, bleach, disposable bowls, cups, and plates, snacks (not too high in fat or salt!), beverage supplies: decaf coffee, creamer, sugar, sugar substitutes (Stevia is a good choice), bottled water, acrylic paint, 13 gallon kitchen trash bags, art supplies.
