The United Way of Payne County unequivocally denounces all forms of discrimination. We are an organization that embraces all people and we value the visible and invisible qualities that make each individual who they are. To Live United, our role is to respect the dignity and rightful place of all people to have a voice and access to resources, not in spite of, but because of diversity of all kinds.

We recognize the harm discrimination, racism and lack of inclusivity has created for many individuals, presently and in the past. Discrimination in any form, racism and lack of inclusivity will not be tolerated within the United Way of Payne County. We believe the more voices we have represented and amplified in our organization, the more we will all thrive.
