Food Assistance

Our Daily Bread

Walk-up box distribution from warehouse. 
 
 
Stillwater Public Schools
SPS will be providing daily sack lunches, along with a breakfast for the next day, beginning Monday, March 23rd. FREE Meals are available for not only ALL Stillwater students, but ALL children ages 1-18, regardless of free or reduced lunch status. There are no questions or paperwork. Children must be present to collect a to-go meal and all meals must be eaten off-site.

Starting April 6 the school will distribute 2 days a week. Kids can get 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches on Tuesdays and 3 of each on Thursdays .

The Salvation Army

Starting April 1st from 4-5.30pm will begin serving grab-n-go frozen meals for youth (ages 1-18), Monday through Friday on a first come first serve basis. This will include dinner to be cooked and eaten at home, as well as a snack. No ID or paperwork required.

City of Stillwater peer-to-peer listening project

Call 405-880-3703 or email Patriciadarlington@gmail.com and request a 20-minute Listening Session. You will be asked your name and the address from which you are calling as well as a call back number and a good 2-hr block of time for an appointment. This information will be sent to the volunteer listener who will call you for your free 20-minute Listening Session. Calls and emails will be answered between 9am and 9pm. This is a pilot program which will extend through April 15, 2020. 
 
Grand Lake Mental Health

GLMHC offers an array of recovery-focused services for persons with mental illness and persons with co-occurring substance related disorders. Extensive use of telehealth with numerous accommodations for those without access to internet service. Walk-ins are welcome. At-door screening protocol including taking temperature. Minimal seating in lobby in order to maintain minimum 6-ft distance; clients encouraged to wait in car in parking area until called in for appointment.
 
Wings of Hope

Will continue to operate normally and will accept new clients. They are not in need of donations or volunteers at this moment. The children's center is open four days a week and free to the public, please call ahead to reserve your space.

Looking for seamstresses who can sew cloth masks. They must be 4 layers of fabric for filtering. Donated masks can be dropped off at our Stillwater Medical Plaza building, located at 1201 S. Adams from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. All donations will be laundered before dispersing to our various areas where they are needed.
