Grand Lake Mental Health

GLMHC offers an array of recovery-focused services for persons with mental illness and persons with co-occurring substance related disorders. Extensive use of telehealth with numerous accommodations for those without access to internet service. Walk-ins are welcome. At-door screening protocol including taking temperature. Minimal seating in lobby in order to maintain minimum 6-ft distance; clients encouraged to wait in car in parking area until called in for appointment.

 

Legal Aid

Assists clients with unemployment application and appeals , eviction and foreclosure, debt collection/consumer law,  applying for ACA health insurance, domestic violence issues, and understanding new federal financial benefits under the CARES Act stimulus, in addition to other civil legal issues that they normally assist clients with.  They are also assisting with enrollment in healthcare coverage under under the Affordable Care Act if a person qualifies to do so under the Special Enrollment Period.

The office is closed but the shelter is open and has all items for the children. They are providing counseling via telephone for existing and new clients for school and community referrals.  They are also providing group and suicide prevention services via various electronic media.  Look for new social media and zoom opportunities for support services to children, youth, families, adults, parents, teachers and others. Stillwater Interfaith Counseling Center

We offer professional counseling services to teens, individuals, couples and families. During this time, the mental health services are available, as well as some in-office appointments. What makes us unique is that we offer a sliding fee scale based upon annual household income, as well as accepting some insurance plans.
